Review: PhoenixPenStands 12 Pen Holder

Updated: Feb 10, 2023

This seems to be the Year of the 3D-Printed Pen Stand...

Once you begin to seriously collect pens, you soon run out of ways to store them, but PhoenixPensStands offer a stylish solution to this problem. Among them is the circular 12 pen stand, with the ability to hold twelve pens of your choice, upright and on display. Why keep all the beauty hidden away in a pen case when you can use your pens as decoration!

The stand arrives in six pieces (it is much easier to post this way and reduces the likelihood of it being broken in transit). These are very easy to put together - take the bottom piece (the one with the dimples) and place it on your desk.

Push the short pieces into the holes on the bottom piece. It may be a bit difficult at first as you have to push quite hard, however applying a drop of silicone oil to each short piece makes it much easier.

Once you have pushed all four pieces into the bottom, take the top piece (the one with circular holes) and push the slots on top of the four pieces you just put together. It doesn't take very long at all, and you now have a fully assembled pen stand!

It is very sturdy once put together and it can't come apart on its own. The black and red colour scheme is sleek and should look good on most desks, plus it's easy to pluck the pen you want from the stand. Even if your desk shakes, there's no risk of the pens falling out!

The circular design is unusual and aesthetically pleasing, making it one of my favourites out of the bundle that Pavlo sent me. If you're looking for something a bit different, this could be it!

oh I love this. It looks sturdy enough and I like to have all pens out too instead of stored in cases where I can't see them!

Same here! Pens come in such a range of different colours and designs that it is a shame to hide them away. I just realised that the shop can be difficult to find on Etsy and I should have included a link - here it is if you're interested!

(This is not an affiliate link - I don't make money if you buy through this link, I just wanted to make it easier to find since I neglected to include it in my post! You might have to copy and paste it into your browser).
